Delivery
There is a delivery charge of £9.99 for all radiators delivered to Mainland UK. A surcharge may apply for Highland, offshore and Northern Ireland addresses. Deliveries take place Monday–Friday between 8:00 and 17:00, excluding bank holidays. Lead times vary by brand; see our Shipping policy for full details.
Please supply correct contact details to ensure you are informed about your delivery, this will be via email or telephone depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
Please do not arrange any professional installation of any goods until you have received and checked them as we cannot be responsible for any pre-booked labour costs due to delayed deliveries.
Returns
Once the order has been delivered, we recommend that all the radiators and accessories are checked for damages and inconsistencies. If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them.
