Delivery Costs
There is a delivery charge of £9.99 for all radiators provided the delivery is to Mainland UK, however, we may charge a surcharge for Highland, offshore addresses and Northern Ireland addresses. We are currently unable to ship Reina radiators to Nothern Ireland.
Delivery times & Steel shortage lead time amendments
Deliveries will take place Monday – Friday between 8:00 – 17:00 and will exclude national & bank holidays.
Please supply correct contact details to ensure you are informed about your delivery, this will be via email or telephone depending on the manufacturer or supplier.
Please do not arrange any professional installation of any goods until you have received and checked them as we cannot be responsible for any pre-booked labour costs due to delayed deliveries.
Larger sizes and made-to-order models can take 6-8 weeks. Radiator valves and accessories are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
Stelrad, Myson, Purmo, Smiths and CenterRad products currently have a lead time of up to 14-21 working days.
Stocked Zehnder items have a lead time of 3-5 working days and Zehnder Charleston radiators currently have a lead time of 4-6 weeks.
Stocked Reina products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days from order, non-stocked products can be up to 4 weeks.
Stocked Wallace and Squires products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days from order, non-stocked products can be up to 4 weeks.
Stocked Biasi products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days from order, non-stocked products can be up to 4 weeks.
Stocked Reina products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days from order, non-stocked products can be up to 4-6 weeks.
Stocked West Radiator products are usually delivered in 3-5 working days from order, non-stocked products can be up to 4-6 weeks.
Stocked TowelRad products are usually delivered in 2-4 working days from order, non-stocked products can be up to 3 weeks.
Returns

Once the orders has been delivered, we recommend that all the radiators and accessories are checked for damages and inconsistencies.
If you have received your goods and they have been delivered damaged please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your goods and you can submit photographs of the damages within a contact form [Please click here for the contact form]. A member of our team will be in contact shortly after submitting the form with a resolution.
If you have received your order but wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via the contact form [Please click here for the contact form]. Please note the items ordered will need to be in their original and resaleable condition with photographs, in addition, made-to-order goods are non-returnable unless deemed faulty. Some radiators may be subject to a restocking and or pickup charge if the radiator is unneeded or ordered in error.
